SSMB Melbourne – Gujarati Classes Enrolment Details

Rules & Regulations

Eligibility
All students enrolled in Grade 1 and above are eligible for Gujarati classes.

Admission
Parents/Guardians must complete the admission form before the commencement of Gujarati classes.

Attendance
Attendance is mandatory. Missing three (3) consecutive classes without a valid reason will result in the termination of the student from the class. For extended holidays, parents must inform the administration in advance.

Responsibility
Parents/Guardians are responsible for ensuring completion of students' homework and maintaining their books. The school will provide necessary textbooks and writing materials.

Timings
Strict class timings of 4:30 pm – 5:30 pm must be followed.

Liability
Shree Swaminarayan Mandir Bhuj – Melbourne and its Gujarati Class administration volunteers are not liable for any incidents occurring before or after Gujarati classes.

Class Disturbance
Parents are kindly requested not to disturb any class/classes during teaching sessions.

Communication
Communication with the administration/volunteering teachers can be done after classes or by scheduling an appointment in advance.

Assessments
Class assessments will be conducted as required during each term.

Terms
Class terms align with the Victorian School terms. Therefore, when students are on school holidays, they will also be on Gujarati class holidays.

Fees
Fees must be paid for the entire year at the beginning of the year. Fees cover the general operational costs of the classes.
